This week Riley and Brooks started back to MDO. I was a little nervous. They have had so many changes the past few months, I thought school might be traumatic. Well, I was wrong. I barely got a hug and a kiss before they were off into their classrooms! So far they really seem to love it!

My main goal around here lately is just to keep the peace between these two munchkins! Man, they have been going at it lately. One strategy that works is projects!

I found these pillowcases they could color the other day. I managed to cook an entire dinner while they worked...peacefully!

Finished product...she didn't see the need to show her face in the picture. I choose my battles.

Of course, Brooks had a sports pillowcase.

This boy is on the move! He is loving his exersaucer. He will sit in that thing for 20 minutes!

Also, he is starting to sit up. He can lasts for a good while before he throws himself back! I can't believe it. Slow Down!! You are only 4 months old! (almost 5)

The other day I put Cade on the floor while I made breakfast. When I came back, he was gone. I asked Brooks where he went...this is what I got.

He had rolled all the way across the rug and under the coffee table.

From now on this boy is ALWAYS strapped in! Glad he just flipped over instead of out!

Riley and Brooks are getting SO big! Cade is absolutely adorable. You have a full-time job in this stage, Miss Holly! :) Not that you don't all the time. Motherhood is seriously hard work. Thanks for setting such a great example for me in the future!

I love the "off to school" picture except for the fact that they look so big! Put a brick on Cade's head, too, he's going to be in kindergarten before I blink twice. I love the rug in the picture...you found a great one!
