Visit to the Fire Station
Brooks had a great idea to make brownies for the firefighters at the station around the corner. So, brownies we made...
They were really nice and offered to show us a fire truck. Brooks was a little shy.
He wouldn't sit in the truck, but he would hold the hose. He flipped the handle and squirted water out...oops.
In the middle of our "tour" they got a call so they hopped in the truck and took off. I think that was Brooks' and Cade's favorite part!
They just left us standing in the fire station alone...I thought that was a little weird. But, being the responsible citizens we are...we just headed out the door to our car. Ha!

That is precious! What a great deed you all did! Way to go. It must have been so exciting to see the firetruck rush off!

Bring some brownies to me!! :) How fun that you did that..I know Brooks thought that was the best ever. You are such an awesome mommy! I love that they just left y'all there to go to a fire. You should have at least tried to slide down the pole...LOL!
Kindergarten goes to the fire station this month! Send the boys to go with me. We do not take brownies though, although one year we decorated a tree for them. ha! Brooks looks SO BIG! Love y'all!
