Blah blah blah
Do you ever feel like you have so much that you want to do, but no time to do any of it? That is how I feel now! I feel like my house is a disater! Every time I open a closet I cringe at the unorganization. Maybe I am starting to "nest" or maybe I am just a little crazy. Oh and my floor...yuck! I feel like I am on my hands and knees all day cleaning my kitchen floor. I guess that is life with a one year old. I did buy the Swiffer Mop and Vac! I am pretty excited about putting that to use.
And my sweet in-laws. They gave up their weekend to come and stay with Riley so we could celebrate our anniversary. It was so nice! They did have a little bad luck though. Saturday afternoon our kitchen sink sprung a leak. So, my "fix it" father in law jumped into action. Of course, the faucet we have is not sold anywhere and you can only order parts from the actual company so we are SINKLESS until at least Wednesday. Life is a little more challenging with a toddler and no kitchen sink. It is very humbling to take my pitcher to the bathroom and fill it up in the bathtub a hundred times a day. On the plus side...no cooking! Something about washing pots and pans in the tub just doesn't feel right.
Even though it wasn't too long ago, I forget how annoying the tubby tummy stage is! My pants are all getting a little snug, but maternity pants fall off. Good thing I wear pajama pants just about everyday.
That is all for now.
