My "Little Acorn"

Yesterday was Riley's first day at our church's Mother's Day Out. She is a "little acorn." It probably wasn't the best day of her life. I subbed so I was up there all day. I thought that would be good, but I think it made it worse. She did great until she saw me and then it was downhill from there. Everyone told me it would take a few times before she got used to it...I hope they are right!

She loves her backpack. I need to find her a more girly one!

Last night some of our friends came over to keep me company while Justin was at his scrimmage. Riley had a good time playing with the three boys. For once it was Riley pushing someone in the shopping cart instead of me pushing her.

I just love her first day outfit...can I borrow it? She is sooo precious. You're lucky...a girl and a boy the best of both worlds.
