It's Potty Time with Riley
I mentioned before that we have started potty training. Actually, Riley has done great! We have had a few accidents but she really has the hang of it! It was a lot easier than I thought! I did have to make a Walmart run to buy more "nink" panties...I was tired of washing the same pair every night!
Here are some pictures:
She refuses to use anything but the "big" potty! She won't ever wear pull-ups. (I know, I know...her hands are touching the potty. Her tiny booty will fall right in if she doesn't hold herself up and I couldn't hold her because I was taking the picture.---the things you do for a good picture.)

I tried rewarding her with candy but she wasn't interested. Instead we did a sticker chart and that really motivated her the first few days. Now, she doesn't even care to be rewarded! I guess that is a good thing!

After she filled up her chart we got to go to the store and pick out a new toy. She picked out a new Play-doh set. At least I got off cheap! I was afraid she would pick out some expensive toy!
Notice how she put every star sticker in the middle of the square. I didn't do that, it was all her. She is more and more like me everyday. If she would get it off- centered, she would pull it off and do it again until it was perfect!

Have a happy day!

wow!!! you're a lucky one! i have heard that potty training is one of the most frustrating times. riley must be ready! and of course, she's brilliant, so that helps too. :) good job, riley!!!!
What a doll! I love the potty chart--it's perfect! Believe it or not, her dad was like that when he was her age...the bows on his tennis shoes had to be at the perfect angle. I retied his shoes about a jillion times every morning until he thought they looked "just right". Poor Riley; she doesn't have a chance. hahaha...love ya'll, jojo
That's great! I hope Abby does half that good when we start that. Sounds like you guys are doing good. It's rainning babies here. Glad I'm done for awhile. Take care.
Riley is adorable... even on the potty! I am so proud of her!
