"Carker"
The one word to describe Cade lately is "obsessed!" He is constantly crying for "carkers." Which turns out to be a cross between color and markers. I have never had a child who want to sit and color non stop at this age..not even Riley!

He gets really excited when I break out the "do a dot" art. It's his favorite!
AHHH Happiness!
But nothing beats one in each hand!! Pure Joy!
When we get bored with those, it is on to crayons.
And this is where they all usually end up.
And this is clean-up time. No fun for Cade!
On the other hand..Brooks has little interest in coloring and would much rather be playing. Today he opted to help Justin with yard work.
Can't beat "edging" in your undies in this crazy heat! Ha! I'm sure our neighbors were loving us.
No worries...Justin did not follow Brooks' dress code.

So cute!!! I can't believe Cade loves to color so much!!
Your blogs always make me laugh...I love your sense of humor. :) Cade sure is a cutie...and I have to say, he and Jack are a lot alike. Jack is a lover and a fighter, and he is passionate about everything, and would be (is!) the very same way...going non-stop, and then throwing an all out fit when it would be time to clean up. :) Maybe they oughta hangout sometime. And that being said, Jake and Brooks oughta hang, too. They seem to both enjoy doing anything in their undies. :)

and as for brooks, doesn't matter what's on the bottom, as long as those safety goggles are on top. such smart boys you have!
