A Rather Blustery Day

It has been pretty windy around here these past few days so we decided to take advantage of it and fly a kite...

Riley and Justin getting it ready

Like I said...a little windy.

Look how proud she is holding it herself.

The overall picture

Brooks was the cheering section for the kite flying.

When kite flying was over the "coach" in Justin came out. It was drill time! He set up some cones...

Brooks helped

And off she ran!

and jumped...

Even Brooks got in on the action. Ready...set....

After that was over, it was time for some soccer drill...just for Aunt Jor!

I hope we can find Riley a soccer team whose uniform in a pink dress and pink sparkly shoes!

And our fun day on the field came to a sudden end (as a lot of things do) when Riley announced "I HAVE TO POOP!" So, we started the mad dash home!

Such fun! Justin was always very good at flying kites and helping his sisters fly their kites. However, I don't remember the cones and drills... I'm loving that pink dress...the dress of the season! Have a wonderful spring break! we love y'all...jojo

Those pictures of Brooks had me laughing out loud. He looks like he has quite the personality. And I can sympathize with Riley. I was the daughter of a coach too. We had practice at home after school practice if he didn't like what the coach had me do. I wouldn't trade it for the world. Looks like you had a fun day!
